What does Advanced Registration mean?
To be eligible for the Hanna Gold Advantage Program, an employee MUST contact and register for the program with Howard Hanna's Relocation & Business Development Department before working with a Howard Hanna Sales Associate. There are 2 ways to register:
Online
- Go to the Register for Benefits page.
- Click on your Employer's name.
- Register via the online registration form

Is Hanna Gold Advantage Program available if I buy or sell multiple properties?
Yes, however, you must Advance Register with Howard Hanna's Relocation & Business Development Department for each Home Purchase or Home Sale
When do I receive my Cash Reward?
Howard Hanna's Hanna Gold Advantage Coordinator reaches out to confirm if you would like the payment via check or direct deposit within 10 days of closing.
What do I do if I want to change Sales Associates?
To continue to be registered for the Hanna Gold Advantage Program, you MUST notify the Hanna Gold Advantage Coordinator at 412-784-3836 that you would like to change Sales Associates
How do I know if my Advance Registration is accepted?
You will receive a letter or email stating that your advance registration is accepted and the benefits your Employer has agreed to provide to you within the Hanna Gold Advantage Program
Is Hanna Gold Advantage Program available Worldwide?
Yes, our Agreement allows for Howard Hanna to service your real estate needs worldwide through utilizing a Leading Real Estate Companies of the World preferred broker, if outside the Howard Hanna designated service area.. You must advance register with Howard Hanna's Relocation & Business Development Department for each Home Purchase or Home Sale Please note: The cash rewards may be prohibited in some states; however, other real estate services are still available.
Can I buy a Second Home, Vacation Home, Commercial or Investment property and use the program?
Yes, however, you must Advance Register with Howard Hanna's Relocation & Business Development Department for each Purchase or Sale.
